The Importance of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Emails

Traditionally, email accounts have been protected by passwords alone. However, passwords are far from foolproof. Here's why relying solely on passwords is risky:

Weak Passwords: Many people use weak passwords that are easy to guess or crack with brute-force attacks.

Phishing Attacks: Phishing emails are designed to trick you into revealing your password on a fake website.

Password Leaks: Data breaches can expose user passwords, making them vulnerable even if they are strong.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your email login process. In addition to your password, you'll need to provide a second factor, such as:

Verification Code: A unique code sent to your phone via SMS or generated by an authentication app.
